OUTREACH

City Gongfu KIDS Outreach brings the benefits of martial arts directly into schools, charities and community organisations across Bristol and surrounding areas. Our mission is simple: to make high‑quality martial arts, self‑defence and wellbeing education accessible to everyone, regardless of background or circumstance.

Through fully funded sessions delivered either on‑site or at our purpose‑built martial arts studio, The REC on Whiteladies Road in Clifton, Bristol, children experience the physical and social benefits of martial arts in a safe, supportive environment. Our outreach programme helps young people build confidence, coordination, resilience and fitness while learning practical tools for navigating challenges in everyday life.

Sessions include age‑appropriate self‑defence, anti‑bullying education and our martial arts code of conduct, which emphasises respect, self‑discipline, avoiding conflict, teamwork and helping others. These values sit at the heart of everything we teach and support children in developing positive habits to develop character and confidence.

Whether supporting a school’s wellbeing curriculum, offering enrichment activities or helping a community group provide meaningful opportunities for young people, City Gongfu KIDS Outreach is here to strengthen the wider community.
